HALL DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve the date for your event. The balance due must be paid no later than 10 days prior to your event. Maironis accepts cash, bank checks or personal checks. Credit cards payments are subject to a 3% fee per transaction.

BEVERAGES
The sale and service of alcoholic beverages are strictly regulated by the Massachusetts State Liquor Control Board. Maironis has an all-alcoholic liquor license and is the exclusive purveyor of all alcohol and beverages for all events. Absolutely no outside beverages are allowed on the premises. Any alcohol brought into the venue will be confiscated and guests will be asked to leave. All guests consuming alcohol must be age 21 or older. Bar staff will accept cash or credit card for beverage purchases. An ATM is available on premises. We expect your cooperation regarding these laws. Bars can be open, cash, or a combination of both.
 

CATERING
Clients using external caterers are required to provide a copy of the caterer’s Certificate of Insurance as part of the rental agreement.
 

HALL DECORATION
No confetti of any kind are allowed in-house. The use of nails, screws, glue, tape, thumbtacks, or other hole-making devices to affix decorations is prohibited. The use of open flame candles or smoke machines is not permitted in the facility.
 

RESPONSIBILITY
The renter assumes full responsibility for the behavior of their guests, any items lost or left behind by guests, and for any damages to the Maironis facilities.
